The Las Vegas Bead Society encourages members to share their knowledge with others. Beaders fourteen years and older are welcome to join.

Monthly Meeting
The Bead Society meet twice per month.Currently we meet at the Centennial Hills library on the second Tuesday of each month. At this locations meetings the first hour is reserved for members only for a small conference and meeting to discuss to workings of the bead society. The second hour of the meeting at this location is open for the public to come in and do a free beginners beading project taught by members of the bead society. The Centennial hills library allows us to have 20 tickets available for this beginners project each meeting. Members of the bead society, who are not teaching, are welcome to work on their own projects during this hour or follow an intermediate project that is taught by another member.
Members of the bead society also meet at a secondary location on the fourth Wednesday each month. Members may come to this meeting to work on personal projects and receive assistance from other members, no new techniques will be taught at this location. This meeting is not open to the public. Location can be provided upon membership.
Member's Bead Closet
The Bead Society has its own beads from donations. This is available to members only and by appointment only. Contact Stephanie Foote to coordinate an appointment at 702-595-1299 (texting preferred)
Members Library
The Las Vegas Bead Society membership gives a access to a club library of beading books and magazines. These are available for members to borrow during meetings and by appointment.
Opportunities for community
The bead society gives back to the community by donating time and resources to the Discovery Children's Museum. Members volunteer and assist children in creating bracelets themed around Mother's day and Halloween. To learn more about this event click the link below.
